It is the most common question not to be asked, and when asked it drives changes in perspective and behavior. Why is this? Why is that? Why do we do what we do?
When it comes to students it is mostly “Why do we have to learn this?” the question asked in silence. The common answers “because I say so”, “because it’s your job”, “because you have to” are just pushing towards more rejection of the learning process.
Outcomes
The project presented was created based on an exploration process of learning English as foreign language by students of University of Muhammadiyah Ponorogo from Indonesia. In this example the process was applied to learning English as a foreign language, but the methodology can be applied to any subject that requires a different approach in order to change the perspective.
